Process
Fill out the contact form or send us an email with a brief description of what you need. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the project, ask a few questions, and send you a quote. Once we agree on the scope and price, you pay the deposit and we start.
It depends on the scope. A landing page can be ready in a few days. A full web application takes longer and is scoped on a case-by-case basis. We always provide a clear timeline estimate before any work begins.
It varies by project type, but generally: a clear description of what you want, your logo and brand assets (if any), the content you want on the site (text, images), and access to your hosting or domain if relevant. We'll send a checklist after we agree to work together.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds agreed upfront (typically 2–3 rounds). Requests that fall outside the original scope — new features, added pages, significant redesigns — are quoted separately.
Payment
We work on a simple split: 50% deposit upfront to secure your spot and begin work, and 50% upon completion before the final handover. For larger or longer projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.
Bank transfer and PayPal are accepted by default. Other methods can be discussed — just ask when we're setting up the project.
The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel mid-project, we'll invoice for the work completed up to that point, and you'll receive everything done so far. We keep everything fair and transparent.
Technical
Yes. Once the final payment is made, all custom code becomes yours. You can host it, modify it, or hand it to another developer. No strings attached.
We can help you set up or configure hosting and point your domain correctly. Hosting costs are paid directly to the provider — we don't resell hosting services.
n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool — think of it like Zapier but more powerful and self-hostable. It lets you connect your apps and automate repetitive tasks without coding. Yes. Every project includes a short post-launch support window (14–30 days) to fix any bugs from the delivered work. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available at an agreed rate — just mention it when we scope the project.
